Our mission
Our mission is to provide industrial and commercial spaces to SMEs by prioritizing a human-centered approach, while remaining accessible to support them and help meet their current and future needs.
About us
Gilbert Lalonde, a master electrician at the start of his career, quickly discovered a passion for building construction in the early 1970s. He obtained his general contractor’s licence and, 1975in 1975, founded “Les Entreprises Gilbert Lalonde Inc.”
During the 1980s and 1990s, he and his spouse, Nicole Gagnon, built most of the buildings located in Delson’s industrial park. Many of these buildings were sold to SMEs in the region, while others were retained by the company to form a significant real estate portfolio in the area over the years.
In the early 2000s,the second generation took over and built around one hundred buildings.
Today, Nicole and Gilbert’s children have taken the reins of the company. They have made it their mission to revitalize the buildings.
In 2025, to celebrate its 50th anniversary, the company refreshed its brand image to reflect the dynamism of the second generation of administrators and propel the company toward new ambitions!
